Asahi-Seiki Manufacturing, Co., Ltd. founded in 1953 is headquartered in Owariasahi City, Aichi Prefecture. It manufactures precision metal products, press machines, spring forming machines, aircraft parts, etc.

As for the financial results for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2020, sales decreased 3.2% to 13,941 million yen from the previous year, operating income decreased 48.8% to 288 million yen, net income fell 47.1% to 404 million yen, due to decreasing orders for automobile-related parts and increasing costs for R & D and exhibition events.

As for the outlook for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2021, the company expects operating income to decrease 76.6% from previous year to 70 million yen and net income to decrease 86% to 60 million yen. 

In spite of recent difficult conditions, Asahi-Seiki Manufacturing keeps extremely solid financial base, allowing the company enough room to invest in new businesses for further expansion.
